What is the difference between breast augmentation and breast reform?

I have lost a significant amount of weight and am looking into getting breast implant as mine are completely deflated now. Anyway, I was reading up on them and it say depending on which surgery is being performed--augmentation or reconstruction--the type of implant used will be determined. I would resembling saline implants, but apparently for augmentation surgery patients older than 22 they hold to get silicone. I don't know which surgery I will be having. I thought it be reconstruction, but now Im unsure. If I know the difference I would be able to tell which I inevitability and if I will be able to get the implant I want. I really don't want implants, but I don't have a choice at this point. I tried questioning for the answer on my own but to no avail. I am hoping someone on here will help!
