Why do so few breast augmentations turn out well and so many turn out horribly?

Is there anything you can do to influence it one way or the other. I just remember going to strip clubs often before i was married and now that my wife wants an enhancement, i am very concerned and don't really want her to do it. I really think there fine the way they are. I've even offered to take her to strip clubs and shes says that's gross and that she wants to do it anyways.

Is there any way to help to odds of a good job or to talk her out of it?

Of course theres disasters there. they work as strippers. the wage isnt that good. They dont pay out for quality surgery.
