Haha. I doubt they can even tell. My friend got implant not too long ago. She went from a C to a D and her bf thought they were her solid breasts till she told him. The stuff they use for implants today don't feel or look ersatz so most people can't tell, unless you are cheap and capture a crappy surgeon that uses last centuries technology.
Natural natural breasts - by a margin so infinite it can't be put into words! Big and natural, small and natural, prevailing conditions and natural, HUGE and natural, travel-sized and fluent - all GOOD. Fake, ALL bad.
To the girls who right to be heard a guy can't tell, well, you must know some pretty 'special' guys! Fake boobs are usually manifest, always detectable, and never anything other than two loads of crap jammed in a girl's chest - they're no more boobs than they are a saturday afternoon at the races. I don't know a single guy who like fake boobs, much less prefers them to pure ones. In short, they suck. End of! :)
genuine ones, fake ones are for... hoe's.
It dont matter how big or small they are, really bogus ones put me off.
Personally its just roughly what the person is comfortable with. Fake ones don't even appear fake these days so theres no cause for people to differ unless they just see something wrong beside them not being natural.
