Any suggestions for intuitive breast let-up?

I'm a 32f, size 8 (uk) and about 5ft 1 and hate the size of my boobs. Over the finishing year i lost about a stone just from readily losing "puppy fat" (im 16) and actually went up a cup size so it seem losing weight is not a very efficient option in my bag. Are there any exercises or supplements that would help? I single want to decrease by a couple of cup sizes . Thanks x

your only 16, leave them alone...they will alteration in the next few years, expecially if you enjoy kids. wait until you have kids afterwards see what they look like.You might be satisfied beside them then. in he have it in mind time, uh bandage them down?
