ha ha
In broad the swelling WILL go down after the 1st month. But it varies according to the individual person's body, person's counterbalance gain/loss, and the type of breast augmentation procedure performed.
After the swelling goes away, you will be roughly 1/2 to 1 full cup size smaller than you are now.
Relax...it's only be 10 days! Although most of the swelling occurs in the 1st week, swelling still continues for around a month. Remember, you just had an invasive procedure where on earth a lot of tissue needs to treat and repair itself. Give it a month. :)
Overall, your breast implants will change during the first 6 months to a year after your surgery. It roughly takes 1-3 months before your breasts start to verbs up again and look remotely close to "real" breasts. It takes anywhere from 3 months to a year for your implants to drop completely into place, allowing your breasts to look more "real" and smaller amount pornstar like. If you have a highly thin, bony upper chest or were awfully small-chested before or got drastically big implant, then it will take you longer than majority for your implants to drop into place. It took me about a year earlier my breast implants looked their optimum! So give it time.
Will you EVER get satisfied, LOL. First they be 2 small, now u got deceitful ones and they are 2 big...just poke them with a sewing plunger and let some of the jell out until u get the size you want...
I didn't enjoy any swelling but yours should be done with swelling by now. It's still possible though. Just hang about until they drop and fluff, you'll really think they're big.
