After Breast Augmentation?
I have a female friend who simply had this surgery. Now she wears massively low cut shirts/blouses and seems quite proud of her fine-tuning. Is it rude to acknowledge this? Should I pretend like nothing have changed? Or is it considered rude not to notice? What is the proper protocol?

At the end of the hours of daylight u would complement your friend on a new hairstyle, try thinking of it along those lines
