It depends on the person's size! An extremely busty person might look better near a reduction, but someone like me, who have nothing to reduce, would turn for an enhancement. It's also a matter of nouns. Some people like big busts, some don't.

Having nice breasts is sexier. Not the certainty that they are as big as a watermelon or as small as a lemon. They are part of a package. Not the entire bundle. Have you ever seen a huge pair, cannot transport your eyes off of them. Because they look so out of place. Like someone have glued on a couple of basketballs. Is not pleasing to the eye at all. Tighten up what you enjoy and keep what you've got.

I think it's important to remember that those who get breast reductions regularly do it for health reasons. Huge breasts are a burden on a woman and can raison d`¨ētre back problems. In addition they are cumbersome and gross clothing that fits difficult to find.
On the other hand, people get hold of breast enhancements for appearance and self esteem reasons.
So... calling one or the other more sexy... that doesn't craft any sense to me.

whatever makes a girl perceive better about herself is sexier, because a woman who's more confident will be much more comfortable, and come off sexier.
