Breast augmentation or push in taking back put somebody through the mill?

My sister is a mom of a 3 yr. old and an 18 mth. old and requirements to get breast implants done. Her husband will singular be home for three days and then has to step back to work. I don't live close enough to her to lend a hand - plus I work full-time. He comes home in the winter for a few mths. I think she should hang about until then - Does anyone have any experience near this and will she be able to care for her children three days after implant?
